We will collaborate on key planning elements, like timeline creation & decor direction, while you stay in the driver’s seat. Of course, you will also receive unlimited hours of day-of coordination, plus full set-up and breakdown of décor, ensuring a seamless wedding from first look to last dance.

We coordinate weddings all over the state of Michigan! We have been a part of weddings in Grand Rapids, Holland, Saugatuck, Lowell, Kalamazoo, Traverse City, Leelanau, Detroit, Rochester, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, and more!
What type of venues do you coordinate at?

We coordinate weddings at all types of venues including hotels, ballrooms, country clubs, golf courses, farms, private property, and more!
Do you charge a travel fee?
We only charge a travel fee if your wedding location is 30 or more miles away from our “home base” locations in Metro Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Traverse City.

Do you do set-up and breakdown?

Yes, we can do set-up and breakdown, depending on the coordination package you book. Services we do not offer include bussing tables or providing cleanup services. These responsibilities are typically handled by the venue’s staff or hired waitstaff. We’re happy to help clarify these responsibilities ahead of your wedding day to ensure everything is covered and runs smoothly!
